By accessing and using Sprint Shuffle ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Sprint Shuffle is a sprint planning and affinity estimation tool designed to help agile teams collaborate more effectively.

The Service includes features such as sprint planning, story point estimation, team collaboration tools, and analytics.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and complete information
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
